Our Story
SparkleTeam was founded over two decades ago by professionals from outside the cleaning industry, people who'd paid well for office maintenance and still received substandard service. They saw a clear gap in the market for a company built around genuinely better service, and set out to fill it.
From day one, that meant two things most competitors lacked: green cleaning products and practices, and proprietary IT built to manage and track every aspect of the work. Those choices still define how we operate today.
